Our IT architecture is not a theoretical concept, but the result of many years of real operation.

Thinking security from the outside in

All external access to our systems is clearly secured.
Public data traffic is filtered via an upstream security level and then routed to the internal infrastructure in a controlled manner via our own firewall.

Our core systems are not directly accessible from the Internet.
Security is not an add-on for us, but part of the architecture.

A centralised platform instead of isolated solutions

Odoo forms the centrepiece of our system landscape.
This is where processes, data and user administration come together.
Instead of operating many separate systems, we rely on:

This reduces complexity, avoids duplicate data storage and increases transparency.

Own operation for maximum control

We operate our business-critical systems on premise in our own infrastructure.
This allows us to retain control:

We use external services specifically where they provide useful support - not as a replacement for centralised systems.

Integrated processes instead of media disruptions

Logistics, communication and processes are directly integrated into the platform.
Stocks are automatically reported back, emails are part of the processes and workflows remain traceable.

For us, automation is not about complexity, but about relieving the workload of the people who work with the systems on a daily basis.

AI as support, not as an end in itself

We use artificial intelligence in a targeted manner - for example for product searches or translations.
It works exclusively with verified, structured data and supports decisions without replacing them.

The responsibility always remains with the person.
