The “We are inclusive” initiative recognizes companies that actively support the employment and integration of people with disabilities. The aim is to promote inclusive workplaces and create a working environment in which different abilities and perspectives have their place.
STASTO may now once again bear this award for the period 2026 to 2028 – a welcome confirmation of our commitment in this area.
Award ceremony at WIFI Innsbruck
The ceremonial presentation of the award took place at WIFI Innsbruck. Award-winning Tyrolean companies were invited to join together in sending a strong signal for greater inclusion in the world of work.
The evening offered, in addition to the official award ceremony, also exciting insights into the topic of inclusive employment. Various presentations discussed how inclusion can succeed in everyday working life and what role companies play in this.
The exchange between companies, organizations and institutions in particular made it clear how diverse the approaches can be – and how important an open corporate culture is for an inclusive working environment.
An important sign for our company
For STASTO, this award is a special recognition of our commitment to date. At the same time, we see it as motivation to continue fostering a working environment in which diversity is a matter of course and different people can contribute their strengths.
We are very pleased to be part of the “Wir sind inklusiv” initiative and to continue on this path in the years to come.
